Not usually a fan of tiles but this looks really clean and classy

The shining bathtub? That’s a big nope for me…

Getting strong “the bathroom in The Shining” vibes here

I have such mixed feelings about this bathroom I need to see it from another perspective.

Gorgeous photo, and the yellow colored flowers look lovely in the shot

Lovely colors, but it feels pretty claustrophobic to me.

I like a soaking tub but this feels too large for me. I don’t want to wait an hour before getting in. Love the color of the tile, we did something similar about 5 years ago

What’s up with all the Shining bathrooms on here lately?

I would have to see other pics, but it looks like a PITA to get in and out of.

I love this, along with the rest of the house!

Take the tiles all the way to the ceiling!!! Why oh why would they only go 75% up?

“Spanish Bugalow, Los Angeles” so not spanish then? lol.

Why would they spend all that money and then put in a terribly ugly, cheap shower head???

I’m willing to bet this may have been done by B&W Tile out of West Hollywood. I love their IG

    Really lovely.

Keeping it clean would be a bitch.

Gorgeous colors. Might have to try something like this for my little bathroom. No skylight tho.

I loooove the tile- I always hate when people renovate those Art Deco era bathrooms and do away with all the tile. That tub looks really strange, though. Square, and with high sides?

This place is STUNNING!! What a beautiful bath, would love to have a bathtub like this. I don’t care if it gives Shining vibes, it’s gorg

This is pretty, but wouldn’t all the steam leave the shower and it would get cold in there?

  20. On a property that would cost 1.5 million with nothing at all built on it lol

I love this tile work. It’s true to the original style of the home.

Yuri : There are a lot of alcoves in the Astridpark. You use this word, alcoves?

    Ken : Alcoves, yes. Sometimes.

Yuri : There are not many people around in these alcoves at Christmas time. If I were to murder a man I would murder him here. Are you sure this is the right word, alcoves?

Ken : Alcoves, yes. It’s kind of like nooks and crannies.

Yuri : Nooks and crannies, yes! Perhaps this would be more accurate. Nooks and crannies rather than alcoves. Yes. You are going to do it aren’t you? Mr. Waters would be very disappointed…

Ken : Of course I’m going to fucking do it. It’s what I do.
